How to access this technology

Equipment supplied · exclusivity available

Tractive’s own technology, supplied as production equipment together with the process know-how to run it. Because the know-how is ours, exclusive arrangements are available to a customer in a market.

Overview

The Ceramatek process applies high-resolution, photorealistic imagery directly to coated steel and aluminium, with permanent UV-resistant durability and no adhesives or overlays.

The Ceramatek process transforms metal surfaces with photorealistic images that never fade. Using an advanced UV-resistant coating, images maintain clarity and vibrancy even in harsh outdoor environments.

The industrial-grade process eliminates traditional adhesives and overlays, delivering seamless, scratch-resistant finishes directly onto aluminium, steel and stainless steel. It serves construction, memorial, signage, transportation and creative industries seeking cost-effective alternatives to traditional metal finishing methods.

Where it is used

  • Garage, roller and sectional doors
  • Architectural facades and cladding panels
  • Industrial and retail signage
  • Memorial plaques
  • Automotive and transport panels
  • Artistic installations

Features

Engineered capability.

  • 01

    Photorealistic metal imaging

High-resolution images applied directly to aluminium, steel and stainless steel substrates.

  • 02

    UV-resistant durability

An advanced UV-resistant coating keeps images clear and vibrant, even in harsh outdoor environments.

  • 03

    No adhesives or overlays

A seamless, scratch-resistant finish applied directly onto the metal surface.

  • 04

    Building-scale imagery

Panels are printed to register across a door, a wall or an entire facade, so one image can span the whole surface.
