We develop this equipment fully, prove it in production and supply it directly or through manufacturing partners in your region. You buy a working line, not a concept.

Overview

Coilswift™ automates coil storage, handling and changeover with coil cars, turnstiles and a robotic twin-head uncoiler, keeping roll-forming lines producing instead of waiting.

Traditional coil handling requires 8–15 minutes per changeover, during which production lines sit idle and workers manually handle heavy materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.

The Coilswift™ unmanned coil farming and changeover system automates the entire process. Coils are stored on coil trains, transported and oriented by coil cars and turnstiles, and fed into the roll former by a robotic twin-head uncoiler — while the usage of every coil is recorded by weight and ID.

Coilswift is designed for metal building manufacturers operating roll-forming or coil processing lines that produce a variety of panel sizes and colours — particularly operations that need to minimise downtime, maximise flexibility and ensure complete traceability of raw materials.

Features

Engineered capability.

  • 01

    Complete automation of coil handling

Coil loading, positioning, changeover and data recording are fully automated — no forklifts, overhead cranes or manual lifting.

  • 02

    Precision weighing

Precision weighing systems for every coil entering and exiting the line.

  • 03

    Automated job recording

Material consumption is linked automatically to specific products and jobs.

  • 04

    Full material traceability

Every coil is tracked by ID and weight throughout the production process.

  • 05

    Robotic uncoiling

A twin-head uncoiler with robotic clamping and integrated trim shear feeds the roll former quickly, safely and accurately.

  • 06

    Dynamic coil storage

Coils are managed on coil trains that optimise space while enabling rapid selection and exchange.

Benefits

What it delivers.

  • 01

    Maximised uptime

Eliminates downtime and manual intervention for peak efficiency.

  • 02

    Enhanced safety

No manual intervention, lifting or heavy machinery is required, reducing workplace risks.

  • 03

    Production flexibility

Adapt to changing orders, colours or sizes without production stoppages — enabling accurate just-in-time manufacturing.

  • 04

    Reduced inventory waste

Use coils partially or fully as needed, minimising leftover material and eliminating wrap or edge damage.
