Overview

Multi-directional roller clearance control that adjusts vertically and horizontally at each roller's forming angle, for consistently superior purlin quality across gauge variations.

Traditional auto-gauging systems adjust only vertically. Dual-X Gauging is patented technology that adjusts simultaneously on both the vertical and horizontal axes at each roller’s forming angle, keeping roller alignment within the tooling centreline radii regardless of material thickness.

The system automatically calculates and applies the correct adjustment angle for any purlin profile, maintaining optimal roller-to-material contact throughout the forming process — addressing limitations that have constrained purlin roll forming for decades.
