Born out of more than 40 years of experience solving challenges in the cold-formed steel industry, Tractive Group invents for the metal forming industry and takes those inventions to market in three ways: we license our own patented technologies to manufacturers; where an invention has a machinery market we develop it to production readiness and supply the equipment; and we partner with the owners of third-party technology to protect it and license it under the Tractive umbrella.
The portfolio spans door technologies — linear motor door openers, composite springs and the TOM Door — the Auto-Form CEE/ZEE Pro purlin line with its COILSWIFT™ coil management, and Ceramatek surface imaging. All of it is proven in the marketplace and supported by a portfolio of worldwide patents managed by in-house patent counsel.
